Oleandro 1 (for 4 people)

The cottage Oleandro 1 (4 pers.) is located on the last street of the medieval village of Ripabottoni with the shops for basic necessities within walking distance. The house has all the comforts. You can enjoy the garden (6000 m2) with old olive, walnut and fruit trees, two terraces and the swimming pool that is shared with the guests from Oleandro 2 & Casa Cristina. From both the terraces, the swimming pool and the house, you have a beautiful view over the hills of Molise. The space The house consists of two floors with an open kitchen with dishwasher and a cozy sitting area downstairs. There is also a spacious dining table, and the house has all the comforts. There is a washing machine as well as a separate toilet. On the first floor is a double bedroom, a bathroom and a sleeping area with bunk bed. There is both heating and air conditioning. There is free WiFi everywhere, including in the rooms, on the terrace and by the pool. Oleandro 1 and 2 are also good to combine if you need more space. And even with Casa Cristina, there is room for 14 people. Guest access The whole cottage is at your disposal. The terraces, pool and parking space are shared with the other guests of Oleandro 2 and Casa Cristina but there is enough space and privacy for everyone. Pets are not allowed. Other things to note There is no ATM in the village, so make sure you have cash with you. In the stores, it is possible to pay with the pin. There is an ATM 20 minutes away by car.
