That's the promise Ty Studios makes to you, See you soon :D The space The Studio is ideal for one or two people, its surface area is 24 m2, equipped with a very comfortable double bed of 160 x 200 cm with sheets, adjustable reading lights and Television. --- It is arranged in a functional and ergonomic way, there is a large window for a beautiful brightness without overlooking. The view overlooks Rue Comtesse de Carbonnières but also Place de la Liberté. --- The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge with a small freezer, a two-burner induction hob, a sink, a hood, a microwave. Dishes, saucepan, cutlery, wine glass, dish towel, sponge, dishwasher, offer all the comforts for your stay. Breakfast essentials are at your disposal: Filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster as well as the essentials for the 1st breakfast: ground coffee and tea bags and herbal tea, sugar. --- The shower room is equipped with toiletries with shower gel, X2 sponge towels, bath mat, shower gel, hand soap, paper tissues, cotton discs, cotton buds. --- The toilet is separate from the shower room, for more privacy, and toilet paper is available at the beginning of the stay. --- The cleaning is done in depth to bring you comfort and serenity. We thank you in advance for keeping the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to keep your security deposit if we notice any damage in the accommodation. In addition, a surveillance camera is installed in the Ty Studios lobby for continuous surveillance. -------------------------------------------------------------------- The accommodation is NON-SMOKING, no VAPING, no parties, no pets, and no overcrowding are allowed. Thank you for understanding. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Other things to note Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you the digicode for the building door and the studio lockbox code for self check-in a few hours before your arrival. Check-out is also autonomous, put the key back in the box, close it and scramble the code. Check-in times are only from 3 p.m. and check-out is always before 11 a.m. Please note that smoking and vaping in the apartment is strictly prohibited, we will apply a Zero tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams discover the slightest trace of residue (Odor, burns, cigarette butts...) We reserve the right to demand a fine of a minimum amount of €300.
