My completely newly renovated and modernized city apartment is barrier-free, the entrance is at ground level to the street side. It is a 5-7-minute walk to the Collegiate Church in the Old Town with its pedestrian zone, which is 450 metres away. It is 200 metres from Messeplatz Square. It is a 19-minute walk to the Fritz Walter Stadium, 1.6 km away, and 16 minutes from the main train station, 1.3 km away. Public parking is available around the property, often even right outside the door, for 3,--€/24 hours. The space In the apartment you will find everything you need to feel good. Towels, bed linen, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea. Wines, sweets and nibbles are also available for a small fee. Guest access The apartment is locked with private entrance. In the basement there is a washing machine and a dryer. You can find the very simple check-in process under more information. Other things to note Self-contained access to the apartment (check-in) can be done almost immediately, between 14:00 and 23:00 if you contact me by phone. Upon request, it is also possible to check in sooner or later upon availability. On the table are some notes about the apartment and those who should offer you a pleasant stay. Due to the recent events, I reserve the right to charge a deposit of 200 euros, in cash, at check-in, which will be paid out again at check-out. I am always on the number: 0171-5255363.
