My completely newly renovated and modernized city apartment is barrier-free, the entrance is at ground level on the street side. In 5-7 minutes' walk you can reach the 450 m away Stiftskirche in the old town with its pedestrian zone. 200 m separates you from the Messeplatz. It is a 19-minute walk to Fritz Walter Stadium, 1.6 km away, and 16 minutes to the main train station, 1.3 km away. Public parking is available around the property, often even right outside the door, for €3/24 hours. The space In the apartment you will find everything you need to feel good. Towels, bed linen, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea. Wines, sweets and snacks are also available for a small fee. Guest access The apartment is closed with its own entrance. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement. The very simple check-in procedure can be found under more information. Other things to note Independent access to the apartment (check-in) can be done almost immediately, between 2:00 pm and 11:00 pm, if you contact me by phone. On request, it is also possible to check in sooner or later, depending on availability. On the table are some notes about the apartment and which should offer you a pleasant stay. Due to recent events, I reserve the right to charge a security deposit of 200 euros, in cash, upon check-in, which will be paid out again upon check-out.
