AKF is in a two hectare mango plantation turned sanctuary for once slaughter-bound dogs. Here, they get to play around with other dogs and bond with humans as part of their rehabilitation. The AKF shelter is also home to other animals such as cats, goats, pigs, and cage-free egg-laying hens. The nearby towns boast of sites like a volcano lake, historical places, and more. The space 15 USD per person per night's stay. Meals can be arranged. Guest access You get the whole flat that other guests can share. Homegrown cage-free eggs available upon request for you to make your own "good-food, feel-good" breakfast!
