It has 3 large double rooms, stunning views of the Solent, and a balcony to enjoy a drink on whilst watching the sunset. The space This impressive property can comfortably fit 6 guests in 3 large double bedrooms and there are also 2 full bathrooms, making it ideal for sharing with 4 or 6 guests. There is a spacious kitchen & living area, complete with French doors that open onto a balcony with views of the Solent. The Kitchen is fully fitted, with all Crockery, Cutlery and equipment needed for you to have a self-catering holiday. Tea, Coffee and Sugar is provided in the Kitchen for your use. The flat is also ideally located, being just 10 minutes walk to Palmerston and Albert Road where many good local independent restaurants can be found. And of course, the beach and seafront are literally on the front doorstep. Guest access Please note that due to restrictions on placing Lockboxes in the common areas of this apartment building, the Lockbox containing keys for this Apartment is located at another property nearby. You'll have access to the entire Flat during your stay and no areas will be off limits. Keys for the flat are held in a lockbox at an alternative property nearby. Other things to note Parking - The parking is On Street. There are some unrestricted Free of charge parking spaces located on St Helens Parade, on the boating lake side of the road, which is just 100m away from the apartment. A map is included in the apartment showing these spaces. Alternatively immediately outside of the Apartment there are Pay & Display spaces which charge between 8am and 6pm. If you are having trouble finding a free space, then we can provide a visitor permit for these spaces for 1 vehicle at a cost of £3 per day which can be added to your reservation.
