Poggio la Fioraia, Old Barn Home

The Barn has two floors and an independent entrance. You enter directly into the living room with kitchenette. The internal staircase allows you to access the second floor where there is the bedroom and the bathroom. The property is fitted with an independent heating system. You can dine 'al fresco' at the front of the house, table and garden chairs for exclusive use by the guests. Guests have an infinity pool and sun loungers. Parking is free in the designated areas, not far from the house. The space L'agriturismo Poggio la Fioraia is located on a hill, therefore always very ventilated and pleasant, moreover the houses are very cool even during the hottest days, for this there is no need for air conditioning. They are equipped with heating for the colder periods. The old Barn, converted into a house, is part of the five house/apartments that form the Agriturismo Poggio La Fioraia. The building has been renovated respecting the typical features of the Tuscan countryside. Where possible the original structures have been maintained, such as the typical 'mandolato' openings that were used to aerate the hay. The upper floor has large panoramic windows and exposed beams’ ceiling. The Barn is furnished in rustic style with some antique elements. There is a TV with Sky channels, and a small library with art magazines and various books in Italian but also in other languages. Guests can use (in a non-exclusive form) a large external surface in terracotta, shaded by a wisteria pergola, for lunch, reading or relaxing, outdoors. Guest access The barn-house is on two floors level and it is not equipped with aids for the disabled.
