The Bed and Breakfast is located on the hillside near the castle walls of a medieval village, with direct access to the countryside below. The sea is about 6 km away and a golf course is 2 km away. The property is characterized by three levels and has a room for each level. Each room has private access, air conditioning, independent heating, private bathroom, TV, kitchenette and food warmer, and Wi-Fi The property has a garden, a solarium and a barbecue area. Room 3 is a small suite, with a fireplace and a reserved terrace/solarium of about 14 square meters. The view ranges from the sea to the Sibillini Mountains embracing the entire valley. Guests can use the kitchen. All rooms have independent access but, for the configuration of the structure, it is possible to make rooms 2 and 3 independent and isolated, making them attributable to a single living solution, so as to allow families to have additional autonomy, privacy and comfort. To achieve this, of course, it is necessary that rooms 2 and 3 are free at the time of booking. Guests are therefore invited, who need this solution, to book in advance. The prices are per room and include, in addition to breakfast, the daily cleaning of the room. Specific products are used - Presidio Medico Sirurgico - for cleaning and disinfection.
