Prince of Orange - Lovely loft studio

A charming studio apartment on the top floor of our family house “Veli Bok”, offers breathtaking views of the sea and the stunning Hvar archipelago. With its own private entrance, this cozy retreat is nestled in the peaceful residential neighborhood of Krizni Rat on the South Coast. The space The studio apartment occupies the top floor (4th floor) of our house and is thoughtfully designed across two levels. The lower level features a kitchenette and bathroom, while the upper level offers a cozy sleeping area with a private balcony that boasts stunning sea views. The two levels are connected by a short flight of steps. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin, along with essentials such as towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap. Heating is provided during colder seasons for your comfort. The kitchenette is well-appointed with a small fridge, gas stove (2 burners), essential cooking spices, cookware (pans, pots), glasses, a coffee maker, and a water heater—everything you need for preparing meals. The sleeping area includes a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious closet, a makeup table with a large mirror, and a big smart TV for your entertainment. We are happy to provide additional amenities upon request, depending on availability. Guest access Our guests can use spices/vegetables/fruits from the garden; we expect everyone to handle plants with care. Free parking is available for all our guests in front of the house. There are no private beaches in Croatia, so everyone has unobstructed access to the coast. Guests who are coming by boat can anchor and dock in front of the house. Bouy is available upon request. Other things to note - The apartment is not suitable for people with mobility impairments. Please make sure you provide a copy/photo or original passport, ID, or driving license when you arrive. Croatian law states that hosts must fill out an online form with guests' personal information and length of stay so the government can charge taxes and keep track of foreigners in our country.
