This beautiful home is located less than 30 feet from the shore on Narraguagus Bay where one can sit and watch lobster boats, seals, eagles, and take in all of the beauty of life on the ocean. When you are not enjoying the view and relaxing on the deck, you can enjoy a short drive (45 mins) to Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park, Rogue Bluff, or local hiking. You will never be bored on your vacation!. While visiting Milbridge you can dine at local restaurants (44 Degrees and the Milbridge House), take a sea tour with a local lobster fisherman, or have lobsters on the deck provided from the biggest and best lobsterman in the area! The house is set up with a kitchen, entertainment room, a sitting room overlooking the ocean, large deck, 2 master bed rooms ( one with king bed and another with a queen bed), a pull out couch, and a kids room with two twin beds (and another pull out). In additional the house is equipped with all the cooking needs so that you don't have to eat out every night while enjoying the view at the end of the day! The location is extremely private and off the road with a large lawn so that children have plenty of room to safely play without the concerns of traffic. Located on the property while on a walk to the shore, you will be able to pick Maine Wild Blueberries during the months of July and August. You will not find a better location in Milbridge or Downeast Maine. Most people will tell you that this is a one of a kind location! We have recently added a second new house (1 bedroom and loft with 2 kids beds) for extra family and friends. 2nd house is available for rent if you are looking for more room.
