Charming and peaceful, self contained 2 bedroom apartment (home stay) located in the back of a renovated church in the heart of super trendy town Bangalow. Open air living, chefs kitchen, retro bathtub in airy bathroom, free wifi, minutes from Byron Bay! The space Refreshing creative 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment, hidden in the back of a unique renovated church on the main street of Bangalow from the heart of Byron Bay. Comfortably fits 3 large people and a small person! The self contained apartment has a great kitchen fit for a chef! Everything you need to cook up a storm, including awesome handmade ceramic plates and cups by the resident potter! There is a fantastic open air living/dining area with a couch, small dining table (for 2 or 4) and a super relaxing bathroom with a retro bathtub, lots of light, windows and charm! 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, large screen TV with all local channels and a dvd player, the 2nd bedroom with a king single looking out to green fields and room for a babies bassinet or cot. We can organise porter cot if you need one at an additional hire cost. Guests can be completely private in their own area in the back of the property. We live in the front of the church, ontop of a pottery studio and gallery space, so we are available for late arrivals etc. We are happy to assist you with any of your needs and questions about the area. Fresh bedding and towels are provided, also some tea, coffee, milk, etc Guests will have access to the town of Bangalow, a mere minutes stroll away. This town is now super trendy and has many fantastic restaurants, cafes, a legendary old pub, amazing home wares and fashion boutiques! The town of Bangalow is approx. 14 minutes away from the beaches and bustle of Byron Bay, yet it remains peaceful and sophisticated. Guests can also enjoy the regions famous hinterland walks and weekend markets, or music festivals. Bangalow has shuttle buses that service festivals such as the Blues Festival or Splendour in the Grass. 'The neighbourhood , has great shopping and dining , it is lovely to stroll out in the evening to dine in style and then stroll home again. ' Owner statement! There are buses that run around the area daily but they only pick up a few times a day, and not after hours, so you will enjoy the area more if you have your own transport. We do not provide airport pick-ups, but if you need help email us and we will let you know if we can help! The garden path is not smooth, though it is pleasant. A friendly dog lives on the property and his endless happiness at seeing you is something to endure or enjoy. Pets are acceptable but they have to be under control as the main house is on the main road. I prefer non smoking, or moderate if you must outside the rooms.
