Playing of Radios, stereos etc is not permitted on balconies or grounds of building between 11pm and 9 am. Also no cooking on balcony. No pets per HOA so exceptions can’t be made. Pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day and is subject to change by HOA. Property is Renter to individuals over the age 25.
