We welcome you to our family home and offer our two air-conditioned bedrooms with a bathroom (sometimes shared with our daughter) in a quiet area on the 1st floor. Breakfast is included for guests 2 years old and up. Large salt pool (5x11), heated from mid-May to mid-September (weather permitting). Shaded arbor with garden furniture, deckchairs... Secure property, ample on-site parking, enclosed garden, children's playground. Presence of a dog, cats and chickens. The space We welcome you to our fully fenced family home, out of sight, with its large private parking lot. The property is located 50 m from the town center in a very quiet area. Presence of a dog and cats. Upstairs, you will be accommodated in our two air-conditioned bedrooms with a shower room and toilet (which can be shared with our daughter). (Our daughter's bedroom is also upstairs.) breakfast from 2 years old: fresh bread, croissants or pain au chocolat, butter, jam (sometimes homemade), cereals, orange juice, milk, cocoa, coffee, tea When the bakery is closed (Wednesday) the bread and croissants are replaced by brioche. Fiber optic/fast Wi-Fi Included: towels for the bathroom. Please bring your own swimming towels. Beds made on arrival. All linens are disinfected. 1st bedroom: A double bed (140 x 190), wardrobe, seating area. 2nd large and family room: a double bed (140 x 190), a single bed (90 x 190), a baby crib, a wardrobe, a sitting area and children's corner (table, chairs and games). Shower room: double sink, shower, toilet. Fridge and freezer to share on the ground floor. Warning: no safety barrier at the top of the stairs, but a door on the ground floor to close access to the floor. 2nd bathroom on the ground floor with shower and bathtub that we can share on request Everything is regularly disinfected! smoking area: covered terrace, wicker resin garden furniture, ashtray. 50 m2 south-facing terrace with awning, garden table and chairs (in fine weather) The pool is open and heated from early June (weather permitting) to mid-September. picnic table, garden furniture, deckchairs, chairs to relax by the pool. Guest access These are guest rooms, so you are welcomed into our home as friends. - You have access to the whole house (except our personal rooms) The whole garden is accessible, the games and of course the pool. POOL: Warning: - swimming only in swimwear, - use your own towels, - pool under parental supervision and responsibility, - Please respect the neighborhood by avoiding shouting in the evening.
