Nested in private cul de sac, your immaculately spotless, spacious, bright, Central St Louis nook will pamper you with fresh, clean, comfy bedding, a recliner, a reclining sofa, a washer/dryer/iron, and a cozy kitchenette. We are just 8 min from the airport, and close to a local playground, tennis, golf, ice skating, Clayton, Wash U, Barnes/Children's Hospital This well-designed, modern but homey suite is nestled in a peaceful, tucked-away neighborhood nook, impeccably cleaned and cared for by a dedicated, loving, and highly detail-oriented team. Relax in the bright and airy living room, with its gas fireplace and three large overhead skylights, gazing at the serene residential cul-de-sac, through a large, static picture window, flanked on each side by side windows that can be opened or shut. Stretch out on your reclining sectional couch and recliner chair around the coffee table and Smart TV, which supplies a long HDMI cable for your gaming station. Please note: The TV is a smart TV for streaming and gaming, and it connects to external devices, if desired. It is not connected to cable TV stations. You will need to log into your streaming stations to watch them. Fully-equipped, compact kitchenette is stocked with dishes, silverware, glassware, stemware, and pots and pans, alongside a gas stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee center, electric kettle, tiny counter and full-size fridge, next to a small, vertically-stacked washer/dryer, ironing board and iron. Cheerful Master Bedroom is furnished to enhance your travel needs with a luggage stand, clothing steamer, hanging closet, dresser, chest of drawers, nightstand, lamp and charging ports, plenty of mirrors, and lots of windows that face both the front as well as the side of the house. The second bedroom has a window facing the side of the house. It includes one queen and one twin-size bed, a nightstand, lamp and charging ports, hanging closet, chest of drawers, mini crib and changing table with drawers. Please NOTE: The crib featured in the bedroom #2 is a Pack n' Play, NOT a full size crib. Pack n' Play sheets are provided. Parking is required to be perpendicular to the curb, not parallel; space is provided for ONE car ONLY. Additional vehicle can be parked on adjacent street. This home contains three completely separated units, each with its own individual access from outside, which are not 100% soundproof. While yelling or very loud noises can be heard, room-volume conversations are usually not disruptive. On occasion, you may need to provide access to service, repairs and maintenance people, as well as for property inspection, if required. Contact info is provided in your guest messaging, along with a phone number to get assistance when I'm unavailable. No smoking, pets or parties are permitted. You will access the unit through the front door using a code provided to you for its smart lock. Parking is available for ONE car ONLY, which is required to be parked perpendicular to the curb, not parallel. An additional car can be parked on adjacent street. Only guests specified in the reservation may enter the unit, and I sincerely regret that your adorable pets are not permitted inside the premises. Contact with host is as little or as much as is your preference and/or needs. All communication must be through the AirBnb app, to which you must possess direct access, for both interactions as well as instructional messaging. Contact info is also provided in your guest messaging with a number to reach for assistance when I'm not available. Your comfortable home away from home is tucked away in a private cul-de-sac, just 11 min from the airport. No major streets go through the area to the house, so there is no pass-through traffic; cars must exit this tucked-away enclave to reach the major thoroughfares. Great attractions! There's a very nice playground and tennis courts a walkable 2 tenths of a mile from the home. A public golf course is 3 minutes away. 10 minutes away is the trendy, eclectic University City loop, featuring dining, shopping, music, pubs. Some Loop attractions: The Moonrise Hotel & the Eclipse Rooftop bar The Eclipse is a delightful rooftop terrace bar and restaurant at the top of the Moonrise Hotel in the University City Loop with a great view of the city. Blueberry Hill The widely renowned Blueberry Hill family restaurant and bar is historically themed St Louis landmark with a unique atmosphere, featuring a trip down nostalgia lane, replete with pop-culture and music memorabilia collections, such as comic books, records, baseball cards, and photos of cultural icons.
