Bedroom 2: There are 2 queen-sized beds Bedroom 3: There are 2 single beds, the access to the balcony. - The private patio benefits from not being overlooked, providing a great private space for relaxing. - The modern brand new 2 bathrooms has a large shower room with a hot shower. Towels, linen, shower gel, shampoos and other essential products will be available for you to use during your stay. - For your safety we have a CCTV at the front car park, smoke detector in the house as well as a fire extinguisher. - There is a parking space on the property or you can park off the street for free. - Washing machine, Dryer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, clothes airer are all available in the property should you need to use these facilities. Guest access Self Check-in, Check yourself in with the lockbox. You will have access to the house through a completely private entrance. You can access to all provided amenities except the locked storage room. Other things to note - The comfortable floor mattresses together with pillows and blankets will be arranged for 11st & 12nd guests. - There is a ฿250 charge per person per night for more than 7 guests - Please inform us the actual number of guests as we normally arrange the bed linen, towels ect according to the guest numbers. - Free weekly cleaning services including changing bed linen and towels for the guests who stay over 7 days. - Extra housekeeping, cleaning and linen, assistance with holiday planning can be provided.
