The newly renovated apartment is in the ground floor of a 3 story Victorian house, near to the beach and 40 minutes train ride to Dublin. The newly renovated apartment is in the ground floor of a 3 story Victorian house, near to the beach and 40 minutes train ride to Dublin The newly renovated apartment is in the ground floor of a 3 story Victorian house, which was built in the 1850′s. It has high ceilings, large windows and beautiful old fireplaces. With 2 large double bedrooms there's room for an extra campbed if needed. We are very child friendly with everything you might need to make your stay hassle free including cots, a highchair, a baby bath, a steriliser, and loads of toys! During the summer months we run bookings from a Saturday to a Saturday only. The apartment has its own access, off street parking for 1 car, and fully enclosed courtyard. You are welcome to share our family garden and there is outside furniture in the patio area for your own use. We live above the apartment with our own family and so are near to hand with any queries you may have during your stay, regarding Bray or the surrounding countryside. Please note -a certain level of day-to-day noise can be expected from us moving about “upstairs “! Bray seafront is only a 5 minute walk with its lovely pebble beach and loads of pubs and resturants. Bray is serviced by the DART light rail system meaning its only 40 minutes to the centre of Dublin. Guest access The apartment has its own access, off street parking for 1 car, and fully enclosed courtyard. Other things to note Electricity is included in the price. Gas heating: short term lets include €20 of gas heating per week which is an average of 1 weeks usage. Any extra gas heating will be charged as per meter reading. For Long term lets, meter readings are taken at the beginning and the end of the let & the gas is charged for total usage.
