There is a microwave oven + fridge available, but please note that there is no kitchen, so it is NOT suitable for self-catering. The accommodation is NOT suitable for children under 12. Garden has steps and uneven surfaces. Pubs/ railway /buses within 25-35minutes walk. The space This stunning accommodation offers a unique experience with dramatic views of Froggatt and Curbar Edge. Leam Mews is totally private and set on a quiet farm. The main house and mews date back to 1557 and oozes quirky original features. This is a two-story accommodation with the second story being a mezzanine level. The second bed is a pull-out fold-out bed. The accommodation is comfortable for two adults or two adults and a child and is perfect for sleeping three adults, but three adults can make the accommodation very cozy. The pull-out bed is on the ground floor. Please note that this old building has lower ceilings downstairs, which includes the shower. Also, there are steps down into the accommodation and the garden has uneven surfaces, so please be careful. The property does NOT have a kitchen, so it is NOT self-catering. However, it does have a microwave oven and fridge for your use. BBQ used at your own risk. It's also important to note that the property does not have Wi-Fi and has very poor mobile phone reception, which makes it perfect for getting away from it all! Guest access Facilities include. The location of the accommodationis situated on a working farm, so you may have the opportunity to witness haymaking, cows and calves, or even tractor driving. We would like to remind you that the toilet operates on a macerator pump and kindly request that you only flush biological waste and toilet paper down the toilet. Please do not flush anything else, including wet wipes.
