My place is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, the lake, nature, outdoor activities, the forest. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends. Everything is included in the kitchen, bedding and towels, washer-dryer, BBQ, 8 single kayaks, 1 double kayak and 1 children's kayak, 4 paddle boards, life jackets, Wi-Fi, TV. Interior in plank and round wood with mezzanine, wood-burning stove, beautiful fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (1 bathroom with ceramic shower and the other with a large bathtub and 1 recently renovated ceramic shower). 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are closed, 2 with a queen size bed and 2 double beds, as well as 2 sofa beds and 1 pull-out bed. Accommodates 12 people . Private access to Lake St-Hubert, large patio with breathtaking views of the lake surrounded by mountains, large grounds, private dock with 8 kayaks at your disposal and 4 paddles board at your disposal . Because it is no longer allowed to bring your swimming items during your stay(anything related to water). Because it is a municipal by-law to preserve the quality of the water in our lake and prevent the spread of invasive species like the zebra mussel etc . If you violate the regulations, you will be charged a fine. Because no swimming item that does not belong to the owner of the cottage is allowed to put in the water in Lake St-Hubert. If we find waste inside the chalet, you will be charged a penalty fee of $500.00, which you will have to pay as compensation. Please note that if there is a cable disconnected behind the TV and it is not reconnected or not reconnected properly, there will be a fee of $200.00 for reconnection.
