Ideally located in the heart of Brittany, the Gîte de la Marion welcomes you in the middle of its 2-hectare wooded park. The space Renovated house with character and modern decor, the Marion gîte is equipped for a great vacation with family or friends. For your comfort, the beds are made upon arrival and bath linens are provided. On the ground floor: - a double bedroom (accessible for people with reduced mobility) with new 160 cm bedding - 1 bathroom (walk-in shower) - 2 toilets - fully-equipped kitchen - dining room - living room with wood-burning stove - an indoor swimming pool of 3.5 m x 7 m (salt water), heated, accessible from the house (secured) Upstairs: - 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 3-seater bunk bed and 3 bedrooms with 4 180 cm beds (new bedding) that can be separated into single beds according to your needs. - 2 bathrooms (1 bathtub, 2 showers) - 2 toilets For the little ones: -2 folding cribs, 1 bouncer seat, potties and toilet seat reducers, 2 chair boosters, 2 high chairs, children's cutlery, indoor games, TV area... Outside: - Playground, ping pong table, swing, picnic table under the trees in the garden. Please note: Guests are required to clean before checkout (Cleaning fee: 300 euro supplement).
