Accommodated apartment with everything you need. Quiet and safe neighborhood, clean air, lots of nature around. Within a walking distance: metro with free Wi-Fi, 24h supermarkets, 24h dining room, shopping malls, huge forest park. Plenty of free parking. Not an agency, I'm the owner. The space There is everything you need for cooking and eating, microwave, oven, toaster. There are no permanent sources of noise inside the house and on the street, if you are used to living in a country house, then you will hear the difference, but you will not find options quieter within the city limits. In summer, you will often hear birds singing. The renovation, furniture and appliances in the apartment are not new, but well maintained. There is no concierge and security, the entrance is locked, cleanliness is acceptable, the neighbors at the entrance are adequate. Guest access The apartment is two-bedroom, you will have access to one living room out of 2, in the other there will be my personal belongings. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, locals often smoke on the stairs and there is a smell of tobacco, you can smoke on the balcony.
