Enjoy the well appointed and beautiful kitchen! The detached apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bath with a king bed. It also has a rec room with a ping pong table and arcade game with 60 retro games included. This well equipped home is close to both the Glaze meadow and South Meadow pools. This property sleeps 12 people and is perfect for multiple families. We have A/C in the main house and WIFI that extends to both buildings. Everything in this home is newly renovated and ready for you and your family to enjoy. Black Butte Ranch charges an Access and Community Recreation Fee of 13% of the nightly rate.
