This property sleeps 12 people and is perfect for multiple families. We have A/C in the main house and WIFI that extends to both buildings. Everything in this home is newly renovated and ready for you and your family to enjoy. Black Butte Ranch charges an Access and Community Recreation Fee of 13% of the nightly rate.
