Nestled amongst the natural beauty of Wandiligong, Moondance Cabin overlooks the glorious valley and all that it has to offer. Sit out on the deck and read a book, or enjoy a nice glass of red as you relax and unwind. There's nothing here to distract you from your sole purpose to let go of the stress of the city and enjoy the tranquility of mother nature . The cabin is fully self contained it has a fire place , double shower , queen size bed , reading nook , lounge/dining room .NO Pets The space Moondance cabin is made from mud brick and recycled timbers . It is very rustic & eco friendly we are off the grid and get all our water & power from the creek . ( Hydro system ) . Up stairs is the bed room with a queen size bed and also a reading nook with a great selection of books . Down stairs is the bathroom with a double shower , toilet and basin , kitchen and dining / living room . All the linen and towels are supplied . On the back deck there is a hammock to laze around in , rustic furniture , bbq and a fire place . It also has bistro blinds so on those cold days or nights you can still get out and enjoy the beautiful views and light the fire place and relax . Perfect spot for a wine & cheese platter . The cabin is located away from our house . There is NO TV or phone service but there is lots of movies on the hard drive . To keep the cabin warm in winter you will need to keep the fire place going . All the fire wood is supplied . If you need help with lighting the fire please let us know as the cabin is very well built it stays very warm . I also have the fire place going on arrival.. WE ARE NOT PET FRIENDLY! AND THERE IS NO MOBILE PHONE SERVICE AT ALL .The cabin is very rustic if you are looking for white plaster walls with all the modern features this is not the place for you . If you are not looking for that then you will definitely love it as much as we do . Guest access NOT PET FRIENDLY. Guests can check in anytime after 2.00 PM & check out time is 10.00 AM . ( key details once you have booked ) I am also happy to leave the lights & fire on if you are arriving late if its organised . So it will be nice and warm on arrival . When you turn into the drive way the cottage is to the left . Drive over the grass and park next to the Hazel nut trees that surround the cottage . Moondance cabin is on 5 acres , feel free to enjoy it . There is a creek you are most welcome to walk down to and have a picnic or just relax . The heating of the cabin is from the fire place . It is very , very affective and heats the cabin very nicely . All linen & towels are supplied .
