Only a four-minute stroll from the historic city centre, it makes the perfect base not only to explore the ancient cathedral city of Canterbury but also the beautiful Kent coast, which is only a 20 to 30 minute drive away. This cosy, yet spacious home, comes with a fully-equipped kitchen and a most welcoming living area with the warmth of a gas stove. The perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring the vibrant city and surrounding areas. The downstairs bathroom contains a stylish walk-in shower. Upstairs (accessed via a quirky spiral staircase) there are two double bedrooms, one containing a double bed and one containing two singles.The sash windows in the property have recently been refurbished following guest feedback. Guest access There is no guest parking at the property (loading and unloading only ), but public car parks (charges apply) are available with in five-minute walk . Other things to note Please note the only way to access the first-floor bedrooms is by a spiral wrought iron staircase (bring your slippers/flipflops!). The property is therefore not suitable for individuals with mobility issues and for children under the age of 8. This property comes equipped with the following: 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, 1 washing up liquid, 1 Antibacterial spray, 1 Kitchen roll, enough toilet roll for at least 2-3 days, 2 black bin liners, 2 white bin liners.
