This beautiful vacation home with 95 sqm over two levels is exclusively and luxuriously equipped and offers a fireplace, sauna and furnished terrace for max. 8 people a magical holiday ambience. The space This pretty "Deichkrone" type vacation home has about 95 m² of living space on two levels and offers you a special living ambience thanks to its very high-quality and comfortable furnishings. On the ground floor is the combined living/dining room with large dining table, comfortable upholstered corner, fireplace, flat-screen TV and stereo system. The upstream terrace is seasonally furnished from about May to the end of September. The kitchenette, harmoniously integrated into the room, is equipped with a 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and various small items, so that you can comfortably "cook" for yourself. Within walking distance of the holiday home, there are also some inviting restaurants and of course a bakery. Furthermore, there is the main bathroom with shower/toilet, bathtub with whirlpool function, private sauna and washing machine as well as one of the three bedrooms, equipped with a comfortable double bed. The ground floor is equipped with an electric underfloor heating. Upstairs with a covered balcony are two more bedrooms under cozy sloping ceilings - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds - as well as a sofa bed (extra bed for two people) in the open gallery. There is also a small bathroom with shower/toilet and washbasin here. Need to Know: - Wi-Fi is available free of charge. - A reserved parking space and bicycle storage are available free of charge. - Please bring your own firewood or it can be purchased at the local retail store. The non-smoking house is ideal for 1 - 6 people, but can also be booked with 8 people due to the possibility of extra beds on the sofa bed on the open gallery. Pets are not allowed. Guest access Surrounded by fragrant dune pines and just steps away from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, the "Strandperle" (approx. 85 sqm) and "Deichkrone" (approx. 95 sqm) holiday homes offer you a very special holiday ambience with their exclusive location and high-quality furnishings. Along the water or on the car-free beach promenade, you can hike wonderfully from here to Göhren or Sellin. Bicycle rental, bakeries, shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
