Beautiful vacation home on different levels with over 80 sqm in Kall (Sötenich) on the edge of the North Eifel (Eifel National Park). Former watermill with its own mill stream located directly on the Urft. Free days, vacation, time out - what more does the heart want than to enjoy peace and nature? In the lovingly and comfortably furnished, sunny holiday home, you will feel comfortable. The rooms are excellent for 2 people, but families also have enough space. The space The space The cottage was prepared with a lot of love for detail, whereby we tried to combine old elements with new ones. The bedroom with the large queen size bed is located in the attic. A cozy reading corner invites you to linger. In the cozy beds with sustainable and environmentally friendly pillows and duvets, beautiful dreams are inevitable. A full-fledged baby cot will be provided on request. The heart of the vacation home - the living room - is equipped with a large tiled stove that radiates a cozy warmth. From the living room you can access your own balcony. With a glass of wine, you can relax on the couch and enjoy the evenings. The couch can be converted into a sofa bed, where two additional people can be accommodated. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can start the day with a rich breakfast. Everything you need in a kitchen is available. Whether you want to prepare a nice lunch or a romantic candlelight dinner, everything succeeds here. After a long hike, you can look forward to a refreshing shower. The bright shower room comes with towels, soap and hairdryer. All inclusive! The Mühlbach runs right under the balcony. You have a beautiful view of the garden that you can share. On mild summer evenings, you can unwind at the summer bar or in the numerous seating areas. A sunbath is included! Guest access The vacation home has a separate entrance on the left side of the house. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity (50 m) in sufficient quantity free of charge. Unloading and loading is possible directly at the entrance. Charging option for e-cars is possible for a fee and after consultation. Other things to note Bringing a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed (for a fee per dog per night). Other pets are not allowed.
