This two-story Pinnacle Ridge Chalet has everything you could ever want for your mountain town vacation––warm fireplace, open space, and a private hot tub. Beautifully designed to help make your stay with family and friends relaxing, this spacious home is just minutes from Fernie's characteristic downtown, and close to the powdery slopes of Fernie Alpine Resort. The space BED & BATH Settle into the master bedroom, featuring a plush king-sized bed and rustic decor. The second bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed and the final bedroom features one double bed and two singles––perfect for the little ones to share. The bathrooms come outfitted with either a free-standing shower or tub, as well as amenities, such as shampoo, body wash and plush towels. LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN The living room features an open-concept main room with dramatic cathedral ceilings for a chalet feel. Cozy up in front of the stone fireplace to enjoy an evening of reading, or catch up on your Netflix on the 58 inch Roku Smart TV. The kitchen is well-equipped and offers everything a home chef could want–– right down to the cookie sheet. The adjoining dining room is equipped for eight guests, with the opportunity to add two more. AMENITIES Step out onto the patio to enjoy the large private hot tub and soak tired muscles after a full day of hitting the slopes. From the deck, enjoy incredible mountain views, perhaps alongside a piping hot cup of coffee. For those who love a cookout, a BBQ is available for your use. Guests will also have access to the in-house laundry facilities if needed during their stay. The heated indoor garage provides safe storage for one car and sporting gear. Guest access You will have full private use of the entire home. You also have use of the common outdoor spaces adjacent to the home, on the side and rear of the unit. Find a convenient smart lock keypad to access the unit and check in at the agreed upon time. Other things to note Please note, the hot tub servicing company may attend to the tub during your stay. They may also need to access the unit for hot tub related issues only. If you have any kind of allergy please reach out to us prior to booking. The residential garage accommodates one vehicle. There is space for one additional vehicle in the driveway. Due to space constraints, recreational vehicles are restricted to a maximum of 20 ft in the driveway, and parking along laneways is not permitted. If you are traveling with a larger vehicle or have any questions about parking, please inquire prior to booking. Please note that our house is home to a dog when we are in residence and, despite thorough cleaning, may not be appropriate for someone with a severe pet allergy. (Pets are not permitted when renting due to strict strata by-laws.) Please be advised that our maintenance technician performs regular upkeep on the hot tubs throughout the week. During these times, he may stop by unannounced to carry out necessary checks and maintenance. Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic. For our Airbnb guests, we offer an optional Guest Damage Protection policy (aka Damage Waiver) that covers accidental damages up to CA$1000. This policy is designed to protect you from being charged for unforeseen incidents that might occur during your stay. Opting into this coverage allows you to enjoy your time without worrying about minor mishaps. What’s Covered? - Lost keys, keycards, fobs, remotes, or parking passes - Broken cups, plates, or other kitchenware - Accidental stains or tears in furniture, carpets, and bed linens - Accidental damage to walls, mirrors, or other fixtures How It Works - The policy covers accidental damages up to a total of CA$1000. - If any covered damage occurs during your stay, simply report it to us. - We’ll take care of the rest, ensuring you are not charged for the repair or replacement up to the coverage limit. Optional Protection - This policy is optional, and you can choose whether to purchase it when booking. - If you prefer not to purchase the policy, simply decline the waiver during the verification process. - Without the policy, guests will be responsible for covering any damages.
