The business school (GEM) and the IUT are a 10-minute walk away The space On the 3rd floor, in a building secured by a digicode, you will be seduced by my cozy little nest located one tram stop from the station, next to the famous Place Victor Hugo and close to the Bastille (very popular walk of the Grenoblois with a breathtaking panorama of the city). Tram stops A, B, C are almost at the bottom of the building as well as all the small shops (grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, laundromat). Business school (GEM) and IUT are only a ten-minute walk away. Guest access The studio is fully at your disposal. The bed will be made upon arrival and I provide one bath towel per guest
