In a quiet yet central location, the holiday home is only a few minutes' walk from the beach, the center and all amenities. On the ground floor there is the spacious living room with direct access to the south-facing terrace, the kitchen and a guest bathroom. On the first floor are three spacious double rooms and two bathrooms (1 ensuite). The impressive master bedroom, which has its own bathroom, has its own balcony, from which you can enjoy a fantastic sea view over the Atlantic, the Bay of Luz and the Ponta da Piedade! The terrace is equipped with awnings, parasols and patio furniture. It is a 5-8 minute walk to the beach and the center of Luz. In Luz you will find numerous restaurants and bars right on the beach as well as supermarkets. The house is also suitable for "wintering". The heating prices are not included in the winter prices from November to March and are charged at EUR 150 per month.
