The space **THE PROPERTY AND PRIVACY** • The apartment is located entirely on the ground floor of a typical STONE CABIN IN PIEDMONT, located in a small village of only 7 houses, completely surrounded by greenery and woods. It offers independent access and a direct view of your 1000 SQM PRIVATE GARDEN, which is fully fenced. The property is located 700 METERS away, offering a splendid view of the valley. Your privacy is guaranteed: although there is another apartment upstairs, the windows overlooking your private garden cannot be opened, in order to preserve your oasis of peace. **UNIQUE FEATURES** • ROMANTIC BEDROOM: The highlight is the large bedroom, which houses the restored antique bathtub. Treat yourself to a relaxing bath while admiring the surrounding woods with a glass of fine wine. • NATURAS FURNISHINGS: The entire space features local wood and stone elements, with furnishings created by our artisan company, NaturAS, to ensure you have a truly unique stay. • EXTERNAL ACCESS: Both the bedroom and the fully equipped kitchen open directly onto your large private garden and your EXCLUSIVE OUTDOOR WHIRLPOOL, at no additional cost and with no time restrictions on its use. **YOUR PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPA** • The private whirlpool (3m in diameter, 90cm deep) is a real private SPA just for you, available WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COSTS and WITHOUT TIME LIMITS. • The whirlpool treatment helps relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, and improve circulation and sleep quality. • TEMPERATURE: it is automatically regulated, but you can change it according to your needs. It is kept very warm in the colder months (up to 40°C) and pleasantly warm in summer, for cooling off. • YEAR-ROUND USE: The bathtub is covered by a sliding roof, making it usable even in the rain or snow, for an even more romantic atmosphere. • DAILY MAINTENANCE: We perform a quick and necessary cleaning/sanitization of the tub early in the morning (about 30 minutes). Dogs are not allowed in the hot tub and must be called away if there is repeated barking. • DAMAGE: In the event of accidental damage to furniture, doors, walls, accessories, the whirlpool, or garden equipment, or if extra cleaning is required (e.g., stains or animal hair are found on pillows, rugs, armchairs, sheets, towels, bedspreads, and blankets), the costs for restoration or replacement will be charged. • NUDISM IS NOT ALLOWED. ACCESSIBILITY: We are located just 2 km from the town of Rossana (Cn), in a very small village consisting of only 7 houses, surrounded by greenery and woods. You will arrive here very easily by taking the paved hill road, which has a small uphill stretch and a couple of hairpin bends. Only the last 200 meters are on a gravel road, but the road is easy and completely flat, easily accessible all year round by any vehicle. Free parking is available outdoors and adjacent to the property (50 meters). Luggage can be unloaded in front of the Baita's front door. The access is independent. Return is free at any time. **EXCLUSIVE SPACES AND PRIVACY** You will have EXCLUSIVE ACCESS TO YOUR ground-floor apartment, the 1000 SQM fenced private garden, and the covered HOT TUB/SPA AREA. THERE ARE NO COMMON AREAS or shared facilities with other guests. **HOST SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE** We are available by phone or via the messaging app for any needs or local suggestions. To ensure maximum hygiene and quality, we kindly ask you to respect our brief morning service (about 20 minutes) for the necessary DAILY MAINTENANCE AND SANITIZATION OF THE WHIRLPOOL.
