Cozy townhouse in the center of MB, very homey. *close to the beach and Kings Hwy *5 minute walk to the beach *close to all main attractions and Broadway at the Beach *living room *kitchen *dining area and half bathroom downstairs * 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, washer and dryer are upstairs. *Sleep up to 6 guests. The space *2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 restroom downstairs. *2 Queen beds and 1 pullout sofa in the living room. *Washer and dryer available in the unit. *Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room. *Sheets and linens provided. *Free WiFi and cable TV available. *Pets are not allowed. *Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items. *Towels are provided for showers only. Guest access *Guests will have the entire place to themselves, owner is not on premises. *1 parking spot in the back next to the house. *NO mailbox for this location. *Washer/dryer available in the unit. Other things to note *Must climb stairs to 2nd floor. *Please review my house rules. *Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras. *NO mailbox for this location. *Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed) *Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit) *Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels) *condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.
