LA CASA FELIZ in ALBA LA ROMAINE: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, open-plan kitchen/living room, TV lounge. A superb 9.20 x 5 x 1.50m unheated swimming pool/pool, secured by a roller shutter, with a relaxation area, a summer kitchen with a pizza oven, an outdoor jacuzzi, a large enclosed garden, electric gate, and garage.
