The little house.

The property is set in a small hamlet of Les Clides located 1mile from Mezieres. It is set back about 50 meters from a very quiet lane. To the rear of the property is a large seating area. You will find two grass areas with the above ground pool being accessed via a decked area. The garden is very secluded. The house has a lovely layout. Three bedrooms, one en-suite and a shower room serving the other two bedrooms. A large sitting room and an open plan kitchen dinner with seating area. The space Set in a very quiet hamlet you will enjoy a very peaceful holiday. The local area offers some beautiful French villages for you to wonder the day away. The property is a brisk walk away from the village where you have all amenities you will need for your holiday like bakery, super market,chemist bars and cafes. Guest access You will have acces to your own enclosed lawned area and the swimming pool via a door leading out of the kitchen. There is a large tiled patio area directly next to the pool where you can soak up the sun on a number of sun loungers for your use. You can enjoy your meals out doors on a large seating area. This area benefits from some cooling shade with seating and a dining table for 6/8. You have your garden area at the rear of the property and to the front you have access to a number of communal grassed areas with a beautiful pond and our local resident ducks. We make a €20 charge for each dog per visit. This charge covers any damage done inside the house or in the garden as well as additional cleaning that may be needed. Visitors must respect the communal areas outside of the property and will be required to clean up after their dogs within the boundaries of the hamlet. Other things to note There is a mixture of French and English families in the hamlet, all very friendly. There are a number of large lakes in this area of France that offer a range of water sports, bathing walking and dining. A must for all visitors. There are many visitor venues in the area for all ages. We have a large number of leaflets at the property for you to plan your holiday.
