Stable Cottage is set in the beautiful creekside village of Devoran with its fabulous Cornish pub, beautiful walks and extensive cycle routes to enjoy. Enjoy exploring the local waterways on foot, by kayak, by boat, cycling or swimming. The cottage has 2 king size bedrooms (2nd bedroom can be a twin or king size bed) and A Bathroom with a separate toilet. Upstairs is a stunning light & airy open plan lounge, kitchen & dining room. The space Stable cottage is a beautiful barn conversion with lots of original character blended with all mod cons to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The living accommodation is upstairs, which makes the most of the beautiful creek and countryside views. A large open plan space with a vaulted beamed ceiling includes the lounge area, with a wood burning stove for cozy nights in front of the tv. A Fully equipped kitchen filled with everything you should need to create a tasty gourmet dinner with a sociable breakfast bar area and a dining area. The smart tv and super fast broadband allows you to watch all your favourite programmes and find maybe even find some new ones. Or if you prefer - There is also a selection of games, dvds & books too! Downstairs there are 2 king size bedrooms. Bedroom one has a king size bed and French doors leading onto a pretty courtyard patio. Bedroom two has a zip and link bed which can be either twin beds or a king size bed. At the front of the cottage is a charming south facing courtyard garden, fully enclosed with a picket fence and Cornish stone wall.
