Stone cottage - Gers Golden Triangle -private pool

Charming, ivy-covered 19th century stone house, sleeping up to 5 in 2 authentic-styled bedrooms. Comfortable lounge, excellent WiFi and fully-equipped kitchen. Outside: Swimming pool, BBQ and poolside terrace with view; pingpong, badminton, trampoline in large, private garden. Perfect as outdoor living space. The rural surroundings are lovely for cycling, walking or relaxing away from it all. Owners live next door; are respectful of your privacy but available. Private entrance and parking area. The space The ground floor with living room and kitchen offers a double private access to the back yard on one side , and to the swimming pool to the other side. For your information, the ground floor, we have also available a true foldout sofa-bed, wider that a single.  which could hold one person quite comfortably. It is not counted into the beds displayed on our listing. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a luxury super king-size bed with crisp bedlinen ( a powerful fan is also available in there). Spacious en suite bathroom with antique claw foot bath and shower. On the second floor, an attic room turned bedroom with AC unit, 2 wooden sleigh beds including additional day bed, a wash room with toilet and sink. NOTE : The twin bedroom is accessed by a steep staircase so is not suitable for very young children or people with reduced mobility. We provide a beautiful Welcome basket of local produce and products. All the windows are equipped with mosquito screens for comfortable nights and the house offers a bluetooth speaker available to our guests. We provide a drip coffee maker, a coffee press and a Nespresso with capsules to get you started. Guest access The whole property including your private swimming pool with pool assessories and floats, and the garden with giant trampoline and ping pong table. 5 bikes are also availables to our guests ( 3 adult, 2 children) Other things to note The local taxes as well bed sheets and bath towels are included. The final cleaning, on a normal basis, is directly added to the rental price. We ask that you leave the premises as you found it in terms of dishes cleaned and replaced, pool equipment, games, etc…plus any other household items cleaned and replaced in their respective spots. Pets not accepted A security deposit ( 300€) will be asked upon arrival and returned upon checkout.
