Cozy rural house in El Boalo

This cozy and bright rural house, which has a small pool, is located in El Boalo, on the edge of the upper basin of Manzanares, an area of spectacular scenery for hiking. The house is located in a privileged environment, a few minutes from the center of the village and surrounded by the best nature of the mountains of Madrid. With capacity for up to 4 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. The space This house is next to the main house on the same property. They are separate, but share an entrance. As you can see in the photos, the house consists of the following spaces: - A living-dining room area with a sofa and a television (Smart Tv). - The independent equipped kitchen. With an Italian coffee maker and another Dolce Gusto! - The house has a spacious bathroom with washing machine. The sleeping area is organized in 2 sleeping spaces distributed as follows: - 1 bedroom with a double bed. - 1 bedroom in the loft with 2 single beds, the loft is reached by the stairs between the kitchen and the bedroom (to be taken into account for children). The house has a chill-out area in the garden with tables, pergola and mini pool. This area is for the exclusive use of the guests. It is a warm and cozy space, taken advantage of and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests enjoy an exclusive area within the property, separate from the main house area. Access to the property is through this area, but the owners usually enter from another side. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. Heating is available in the property. In addition, we have installed a heat pump air conditioning machine in the living room. There is wood for the fireplace. When you get to the house the wood and woodchip basket and the fireplace will be empty. On the side of the house you will find both. The cost is 10€ for each additional full basket. You are free to take the one you need, please make a responsible use of it. In the outdoor space, you will have exclusive use of the small swimming pool of 4 x 2.50 x 0.70m (open between end of May and September from 10a.m. to 12a.m.), the outdoor shower in the garden and the barbecue, The kitchenware is composed of: saucepans, frying pans, bowls, salad bowls, blender. *The water well is closed. Other things to note *** The house we offer for guests is located next to the main house, within the same plot but separate, and although the main entrance is in that area, the owners usually access it through another one. If you're arriving later than 20:00, please read carefully the House Rules so we can make it work :) Legal registration of travellers according to Decreto 1513/1959 & Decreto 450/1975 For legal reasons, we need the ID information of all travellers over 15 years old. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival. Failure to provide the requested data prior to arrival will result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund. Thank you for your understanding.
