So there is virtually no traffic in the area and calm is assured. The residence has a beautiful pool and green areas where you can relax. The apartment is located on the first floor. It is spacious, pleasant and is equipped with air conditioning. It is composed of a beautiful kitchen very sunny and well equipped with among other microwave, fridge / freezer and washing machine. The kitchen has a pool view balcony with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The apartment also has a large living / dining room with satellite TV, wifi and another small balcony. The master bedroom has a large double bed, a large wardrobe and a balcony with pool view. The second bedroom, with private bathroom, has a double bed and a single bed that can accommodate 3 people. The apartment also has a second bathroom. The apartment is located in the small village of Porches and close to many beaches in the area of ​​Lagoa. The municipality of Lagoa is famous for its beautiful beaches and many of them have received this year the blue flag certifying beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters. Your check-in time is from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A fee of 25,00 € will be applied for check-in between 7:00 pm and 00:00 am. If you are expecting some delays beyond these times, additional fees may apply and will be adjusted accordingly.  From November to March (inclusive) medium and long term rentals (min. 14 nights) are available. Guests must pay € 70 in cash (for 14 nights) upon arrival to pay for water, gas and electricity costs incurred during their stay.
