• A 3-minute walk from the cliffs of Puits d'Enfer and a 20-minute walk from Tanchet beach, this house, with its south-facing terrace, will allow you to spend a relaxing time in Les Sables d'Olonne. • 500 meters from the small shops of La Pironnière, you can enjoy the calm of the Atlantic Ocean or the liveliness of the city center of Les Sables d'Olonne. The space The house has 8 beds distributed as follows: - Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm and its own bathroom. - On the ground floor, a bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200 cm (can be a double bed) and a mezzanine (with bed 90 x 200 cm), - At the entrance, a bedroom with a sofa bed for 1 person. In addition, you will have access to: - a functional dining room/kitchen (glass-ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher) open to the living room with TV and sofa bed for 2 people, - a separate bathroom and toilet, - a cellar with washing machine, - a terrace with garden furniture (table with 10 chairs, umbrella, 2 deckchairs) and barbecue. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire place. Other things to note • The house is in a cul-de-sac and has two private, unguarded, fixed parking spaces. • Linens and towels are not included. Please let me know at the time of booking if you would like to use them (€10/set of sheets, €5/set of towels). • A maximum of one pet may be accepted depending on the case (to be discussed).
