The cottage was once my grandparents' farm. It is located in the old barn. Sleeps 8 to 10 people in 2 separate apartments. Enclosed garden, heated swimming pool in summer, illuminated boules court, tables, garden furniture, barbecue/fire pit. Game room: billiards, ping-pong, foosball, bar. Quiet, no mosquitoes. Hiking trails, typical villages, Montbrison + beautiful French market, extra tree climbing, zip line, giant slide, mountain scooter nearby. The space A 2-star gite (sleeping up to 8) using the bz) of 70 m², 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, kitchen open to large living room. Quite spacious, very bright and fully equipped. It has a large balcony with lovely views of the property. The games room ( billiards, foosball, ping-pong, bar) is opposite, 10m away. A 2nd gite of 50m2 for 2 people (+2 using the sofa bed) 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with toilet, kitchen open to living room. Completely new and equipped. The two cottages share the balcony and are rented together. (I do not host two groups who do not know each other) The pool is for you, I only go there to do maintenance. Guest access access to: apartments, balcony, enclosed courtyard, garden with swimming pool and boules court, games room. (foosball, ping pong, billiards, darts) Provide a deposit of €200 for billiards when booking between young people, birthday etc. Motorcycle shelter and garage. Access to the pool is guaranteed from the beginning of June until the end of September. Water temperature 25° minimum in summer, maximum depth 1.5 m. Pet-friendly pool. Other things to note Only one pet allowed. For the organization of a festive evening or among young people, a separate deposit of €200 will be required for the use of the pool table: it is new and I want to protect myself from a possible accident on the carpet, to be provided before arriving. When booking for 2 people, if they want separate rooms, add €10 for sheets/heating. Same for 3P/3 beds and 4P/4 beds. Linens and towels provided. Heating of the game room by wood-burning stove at your expense. A maximum of two cars can park in the yard, the others outside in the parking lot 20 m away.
