Balbina's house

This house has been recently refurbished. It is located in the quiet area of As Angustias, 2 kilometers from the medieval historic center of Betanzos. The house has two floors: the first has a fully equipped kitchen with table for 12 guests, a living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a washer-dryer-iron room. On the second floor we have two attic bedrooms, a bathroom and an ascent with fireplace. In addition, it has a large garage for vehicles. Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT: Parties or events of any kind are not allowed on the property, the house can only be used as a tourist dwelling. On the exterior of the house there are cameras with image recording. When checking, a document will be signed as the above points are known and the covid rules in force will be complied with at the moment.
