The space Living room: Relax in the spacious living room after a day of sightseeing or meetings. Cozy up by lighting the soapstone fireplace while admiring the stunning city view from the comfortable sofa. Enjoy entertainment on the enormous 98'' TV with Chromecast and free Netflix. Kitchen: The fully equipped modern kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. It features an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator from Miele. Wine enthusiasts will appreciate the integrated wine cooler. Additional amenities include a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, carbonated water maker, microwave and a rich selection of kitchen utensils. There is also a freezer in the storage room. Dining area: Surrounded by windows, the dining area is bright and inviting. The wooden dining table seats four but can be extended with wooden pieces to accommodate up to ten people using foldable chairs stored under the stairs. Terrace: The main floor boasts a 25 m² terrace, perfect for morning coffee or a quiet read. It features a 3-seat sofa, lounge chairs, and a large gas grill for delightful barbecues. Comfortable pillows are provided in the storage box. Sun hours from 8 AM to 7 PM in late June. Rooftop terrace: Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views from the 40 m² rooftop terrace. Relax on lounge chairs with refreshing drinks and snacks, sunbathe on the sunbeds, or admire landmarks like the Nidaros Cathedral and the Tyholt Tower. Comfortable pillows are provided in the storage box. Sun hours from 6 AM to 7 PM in late June. Bedroom 1: This bedroom comfortably sleeps five with a double bed, a bunk bed and a floor mattress. All beds have high-quality 90x200cm spring mattresses and 220cm quilt length. The room features a roller blind for darkness, electric heating and ample storage in the 3-door closet with hangers. An iron, drying racks, ironing board and extra pillows are stored in the 2-door closet. Bedroom 2: This bedroom also accommodates five guests with two bunk beds and a floor mattress. It offers the same comfort and storage features as Bedroom 1. Bedroom 3: The master bedroom has a king-size double bed for 2 guests. External and internal blinds for comfortable sleeping conditions. The room is heated by a separate heat pump and an electric oven. Ample storage for clothes in 2 large closets. Bathroom: The bathroom includes all necessary amenities for a homey stay. Enjoy a relaxing bath or quick shower. Comfortable temperature is provided by floor heating cables. A hair dryer is available, and you are welcome to use the washing machine and drying racks stored in Bedroom 1. Office: Need to work during your stay? The office on the top floor is fully equipped with a desk, keyboard, mouse and a 34'' curved monitor. High-speed WiFi (100 Mb/s) is available. Gym: You are welcome to maintain your fitness level in the top-floor gym containing both cardiovascular and strength training equipment, including a NordicTrack 1750 treadmill, a power cage with weight plates and high-quality rubber flooring. Parking: Guests have access to one parking spot in the carport including free use of the EV charger. A public parking area and street parking is available approximately 150m away. Services: To ensure your comfort, all beds are prepared with fresh linens upon arrival. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel and clothes washing powder are provided. You will also find coffee, tea, kitchen paper, dishwasher powder and various cooking ingredients. Indoor comfort: A balanced ventilation system and a 7 kW heat pump with AC cooling ensure year-round comfort. The soapstone fireplace creates a warm cozy atmosphere. All windowed surfaces exposed to sunlight have exterior blinds with electric motors. All bedrooms have electric heaters and roller blinds for optimal sleeping conditions. Guest access Guests have access to all areas shown in the listing including the gym, free use of the EV charger, the freezer and the washing machine. Please note that a single room on the top floor is not available for guests (see floor plan). Other things to note Please respect the quiet hours from 11pm to 7am and refrain from organizing noisy events. Parties are not allowed. Please value the friendly neighbours living on the ground floor, and especially that one neighbour's bedroom is directly underneath the main floor terrace. Located on a dead-end road with no traffic, the apartment offers a tranquil environment. It's close to the city centre, with the bus stop "Tvetestien" just a few minutes' walk away. Grocery stores, drug stores, a bakery, a liquor store and a gas station are located approximately 1.3 km away. An evening stroll to the "Utsikten" viewpoint, just 150m from the apartment, is highly recommended for breathtaking city views.
