This cottage is located in a small village of 580 inhabitants in the quiet Auxois countryside, in the heart of Burgundy. 90 m2 stone house with fully enclosed courtyard and garden. Capacity for 6 people in 3 bedrooms (each bedroom is large enough to accommodate a crib or toddler bed if needed): - 1 master suite with double bed (140 x 190) and private bathroom - 1 bedroom with double bed (140 x 190) - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together (2 x 80 x 200) - bathroom - separate toilet - open plan kitchen opening onto the dining and living room A 250 m2 tree-lined and flowery courtyard, and fully enclosed to let the children play without worries. An annex building for garden equipment and where you can store your bikes or motorcycles.
