The space This is a house designed to allow you to enjoy the spaces freely, both inside and out. It is a bright and modern open space. Important: There are no separate bedrooms. The house is a single open space. The sleeping area and the living area share the same space; a double bed is located on the mezzanine, and two double beds are formed by the sofa beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing breakfast, making lunch before setting out to explore the area, or enjoying a quiet dinner after a day out. The house's real value lies in its outdoor space: the garden and patio invite you to spend time outdoors, the pool is all yours, and the sauna allows you to enjoy a moment of wellness at any time of the day. It is the ideal place for those who want a comfortable and private base from which to set out to explore Lombardy and to which to return to unwind. We are not in a touristy area: here you can experience an authentic and peaceful setting, away from the most crowded places, and set off to explore Lombardy's various destinations. Lake Como, Lecco, Como, Bergamo, Monza and Milan are among the places you can visit during your stay. How to get around A car is recommended for exploring the area comfortably. The house has two private parking spaces and a charging station for electric vehicles. If you prefer to use public transport, the Olgiate-Calco-Brivio train station is about 1 km away and allows you to reach Milan. I recommend checking the train schedules based on your planned outings. A few minutes' walk away, you'll find a supermarket and a takeaway pizzeria. The layout of the spaces and the pool The house is an open-plan space: the living area and the sleeping area share the same space, and there are no separate bedrooms. The pool is private and for the exclusive use of guests. It is not fenced in, so constant adult supervision is required when children are present.
