Nestled into the valley above North Sands and giving the air of total seclusion, it is also within walking distance of North Sands beach, the famous Winking Prawn restaurant and the town itself. The space Surrounded by landscaped gardens, south facing and with views of the sea and over the beautiful North Sands valley, this spacious five-bedroom house sleeps up to ten people comfortably. It has three double rooms with king size beds, one of which can be split into two singles if requested, a twin room and a bunk room. There's also an en-suite attached to the master bedroom and two other bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs, a large hallway leads to a cosy sitting room/TV room with double doors taking you out onto the lawn. There’s also a study, a utility room and a downstairs WC. Meanwhile, the heart and soul of the house is in the large kitchen/dining room, which has tri-folding doors opening out onto a patio that runs the length of the property and really makes the most of those awe-inspiring views. Sublimely private and with lots of space, Highfield is perfect for whiling away summer days in the sunshine, but it would also make an idyllic bolthole to watch the natural world go by in the winter months.
