The space 🏡 A house by the sea, designed to live and breathe the Mediterranean Perfect for up to 5 guests, the house is built on two floors: - Lower floor: equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and one bedroom with 3 beds - Upstairs: romantic double bedroom with access to a covered terrace, where the view of the beach and the coast of Donnalucata gives unforgettable moments - Outdoor spaces: partly shaded veranda, perfect for alfresco lunches and dinners, with a barbecue for convivial evenings - A small garden with an outdoor shower, to cool off after a sunny day Guest access 🌿 **Immersed in nature, cradled by the waves** Those who stay here don't just have a home by the sea, but live in the sea. Guests can enjoy every space, from the rooftop terrace to the shaded veranda, breathing the freedom of the Sicilian coast. Other things to note ✔ To get to the house, you must take a dirt road. We recommend having a small or medium-sized car ✔ Access to the upper floor is via a wooden staircase, available both inside and outside (see photo).
