The living and family rooms have great ambiance. The chef's kitchen comes complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, natural gas cooking and ready access to adjacent dining, and outdoor spaces. All bedrooms are on the upper level and have full bathrooms with custom marble and designer tile finishes. If you need more than one bedroom in the same house send me a message. Guest access You shall have 24/7 access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, garage, entryway, front and back patios and yards, and the stairwell, The home is on a quiet street with plenty of safe and free on-street parking. During your stay My wife and I live in the house. We can have as much interaction as you need. I am always up for a tennis game. Plenty of courts nearby. Can always talk about the international political economy or financial markets. Other things to note This is a home and not a hotel. Provide details in your request to book: like purpose, profession, age, marital status, what you do, who you work for, and where you are from. Bookings are not accepted on behalf of another individual. There is no key pad. Check in time is strictly between 3 pm and 7:30 P.M. Check out time is by 11 am. You will be provided a key at check in.and then you are free to come and go 24/7. We are not making big bucks here. You are sharing in the hefty property taxes in Fairfax County, mortgage on an expensive property, and its maintenance cost.
