This furnished & complete 2 bedroom / 2 full bath home has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is ideal for those of you who might just need a little more space..maybe you are coming to visit a loved one nearby or maybe you are a contractor - or even those who are in transition to or from the area. This home will hold up to 4 people - unfortunately, this is not one that accepts pets. Rent this home for as little as 7 nights or as long as you may need, we look forward to hosting you! The space all new attractive decor,FULL kitchen and equipped for basic/light cooking needs. All new and freshly renovated - you will LOVE the fireplace in the back bedroom, relaxing in the rocking chairs on the front porch. convenient access to the laundry and gym! there is enough room for parking for only 2 regular sized vehicles. Please do not park on the grass. If you need additional parking, please send me a message or consult with the rental office. Guest access the Gym is free & open 24/7! all you need to do is stop by the rental office & sign a liability waiver - must be age 18+ the laundry care facility is open 7 days a week, it is token operated - 1 token to wash & 1 token to dry (tokens are $2.00 each) tokens are available for purchase in the rental office. All Guests have access to the laundry care facility, there are a limited number of washers & dryers - please be courteous & respectful of other Guests and not leave your laundry unattended in the washers & dryers. The office is located onsite and is open 6 days a week: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm & on Saturdays 10am - 2pm. Other things to note *** due to COVID 19 & waiting time inbetween renters, the minimum for renting is now 7 nights. I have changed this in my settings. If it is an extreme emergency, please send me a message and I will see what I can do, this is the time for us all to work together. I thank you in advance for understanding. *** again, this rental is not pet friendly :( but I do have others that are. Please note a fine will be placed on your account for any unauthorized pets. * Either placed inside the rental beforehand or at the time of check in, you will be given a Welcome folder. Inside the welcome folder will be a few complimentary laundry tokens, a highlighted map of the area, area information as well as what to do for after hours emergencies or if you lock yourselves out - there is an after hours lock out fee that will need to be paid to the rental office should you lock yourselves out after business hours. Please understand that although this home can sleep up to 4 - it is not meant for 4 separate individuals - the couch/love seat is not meant to be an alternate bed. I do not allow air mattresses. Please use discretion when booking.
