Charming one-bedroom apartment in a gated condominium near the sea, with private parking, internet and Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and recently renovated. A 5-minute walk from the village shops and bars. Recently renovated apartment The space The apartment is located in a quiet private area near the marina of Cala Gavetta. It can accommodate up to four people, two in the double bedroom and two on the sofa bed in the living room. A folding bed is also available, for children up to about 3 years old, equipped with mattresses and sheets. The spacious bathroom, which houses a washing machine, has been recently renovated and is equipped with a very large and comfortable shower, as well as a step to make it easier for children to access the sink. The entire apartment has been completely renovated (December 2025) except for the bathroom, which had been completely renovated a few years ago. The photos are not yet up to date. The kitchenette is completely new and equipped with an induction hob, DISHWASHER, electric oven, microwave and refrigerator. You can eat at the dining room table or on the terrace, overlooking the island of Santo Stefano and Sardinia. Guest access Inside the complex there is a parking space reserved for the guests of our apartment, recognizable by a sign that says "Reserved app. 35". The 32" LED TV has a USB output that with a USB cable you can connect a pen-drive or an external hard disk to watch your movies and listen to your music. Other things to note The tap water does not taste pleasant. Upon arrival, you will probably be tired of the trip and you may have little desire to shop immediately. We'll leave you some fresh water in the fridge. For those who do not want to bring their own linen, we provide a set of sheets and towels per person, at no additional charge.
