Very sweet, well-kept home in Belle Sherman, a quiet and lovely neighborhood just a few minutes walk (without the hill) from Collegetown and Cornell. Perfect location. Serene. Charming. 4 Bedroom, sleeps 5 comfortably with some flexibility for more. Close to hiking trails, playground, downtown (Commons), shopping, etc. 2 car driveway/garage. Kid friendly (we've got two). Responsible owners ... We love our home's relaxed and peaceful vibe - perfect for college reunion and graduation weekends! The space Our house is about 1600 square feet, was built in 1930 and has a very sweet character. Lovely oak floors, a classy old-fashioned staircase, great light in every room. Flexibility in terms of privacy downstairs (great old French doors). We have two kids who have bedrooms upstairs with books, toys, a giant box of Legos, etc. Happy to share toys. etc. with your kids if desired. In very good condition, clean, well-kept. Guest access There's a nice little deck in the backyard! Other things to note We are happy to be flexible with check in/check out, adding extra days or any other issues. We are very friendly and easy to communicate with!
