Cozy Studio Apartment (C-2)

Our fully furnished studio apartment (48sqm) is on the Fourth Floor of a building located near the Silliman University campus, short walking distance from Port area and the famous Boulevard whilst Rollin' Pin coffee shop is on the ground floor. (Please note we have a second unit in same building available, identified as Cozy Studio Apartment (C-1). Other things to note Our apartment unit is located on the 4th Floor and we have a spiral staircase only. Also, a few guests have complained about the noise outside. And, there's singing noise coming from the Family KTV of the adjacent building. These are for your consideration.
