Vintage furnishings throughout. Plenty of privacy on a corner lot in a quiet wooded neighborhood. Just minutes from Hamlin Lake and Ludington State Park. A great escape in any season. *Please note that Ludington State Park will be closed Sept 3, 2024-July 1, 2025 for major upgrades. The space The house features two huge living spaces with A/C, two smart TVs (Netflix included,) and 6 A-list pinball machines set to free play for guest use! Upper sitting room and both bathrooms remodeled in 2019. Brand-new beds in sunny bedrooms. Kitchen remodeled in Winter 2022 with vintage GE Wonder Kitchen cabinets and restaurant booths. All sheets/bedding and towels are provided. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, ice machine, ceramic pots/pans, griddle, dining ware, utensils, etc. Current pinball lineup: Whirlwind, Godzilla (Stern premium,) Jurassic Park (Data East,) Radical!, Star Trek Next Generation, Creature from the Black Lagoon. OUTDOORS: Cozy front porch with comfortable seating looks out on beautiful mature birch trees. (Great place for coffee or drinks.) Large private back patio is surrounded by a six foot fence with fire pit, gas grill, patio seating, pool and spa! Guest access Guests have unlimited access to the entire property. Small private areas are clearly marked.
