The studio is a single-story conversion of an old stable situated in its own garden with panoramic views. The accommodation consists of a large open-plan lounge/dining, bedroom (all with views), separate shower room, separate fully equipped galley kitchen and a utility room. A comfortable garden room has views of the surrounding countryside and the garden. The property is heated, and the bedroom area has a King size bed complete with a dual electric blanket for that extra comfort. The space Suitable for a couple seeking a quiet central location from which to explore the area or parents visiting their children boarding at Millfield, Hazlegrove, Kings Bruton or All Hallows schools. The studio is very private, situated some distance from the main house and has amazing views of the local countryside and the Mendip Hills. It offers self-catering accommodation and is completely equipped to a high standard. The total space including the Garden Room is approximately 55 square metres. PLEASE NOTE: There is a washing machine which is only available to guests who stay for a minimum duration of four nights. We are sorry, but we do not cater for children, pets or guests who require wheelchair access. Guest access The accommodation comes with private off-the-road parking and guests have access to the garden adjoining the Studio. Also, please note that there is a walk of 120 metres from the parking space to the Studio, which is unsuitable for wheelchair access. Therefore, we cannot accept bookings if wheelchair access is required. Other things to note There is a 120 metre walk from the parking space to the Studio.
